Technical Account Manager
- 2+ years of experience working in tech-B2B companies - client facing / marketing roles.
- Native / Fluent English speaker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical people.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
- Experience writing technical documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably tech-oriented one.
- Good Technical orientation.
- Experience working in Ad-tech companies / Publishers.
- Understanding of technical operations of advertising systems
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues directly with Product Management and Engineering.
- Additional languages - Spanish/French/German/Italian
